"Sguardi sul Rally - Memorial Luciano Veronesi"

REGOLAMENTO 2025

1. Introduzione
Il concorso fotografico "Scatti di Passione - Memorial Luciano Veronesi" è organizzato dal Rally Club Valpantena in collaborazione con Banca Valsabbina in occasione del 7° Lessinia Rally Historic, 14-15 novembre 2025. L'iniziativa è dedicata alla memoria di Luciano Veronesi, fotografo per passione e socio fondatore del Rally Club Valpantena, scomparso a luglio 2024.  Il concorso non ha scopi commerciali o pubblicitari, ma si propone di ricordare la figura di Veronesi e di promuovere la passione per la fotografia e il mondo del rally.

2. Partecipanti
Il concorso è aperto a fotografi professionisti, amatori e appassionati. Possono partecipare tutte le persone che scattano fotografie durante la manifestazione.

3. Modalità di partecipazione
Le fotografie devono essere scattate durante il 7° Lessinia Rally Historic, che si terrà il 14 e 15 novembre 2025. Le immagini dovranno essere inviate all’indirizzo email info@rallyclubvalpantena.it entro le ore 13:30 di sabato 15 novembre 2025.

Le fotografie inviate non devono contenere watermark. È consentito un invio massimo di 1 foto per ciascun partecipante. Nel corpo della mail di invio, i partecipanti dovranno specificare i seguenti dati, pena esclusione dalla selezione:

• Nome e cognome del fotografo;

• Ciascuna foto inviata dovrà essere titolata;

• Strumento utilizzato per lo scatto (smartphone o fotocamera);

• Numero di telefono;

• Indirizzo email.

4. Selezione delle fotografie vincitrici
La giuria valuterà le fotografie sulla base dei seguenti criteri:

• Attinenza al tema del concorso;

• Realizzazione tecnica;

• Emozionalità trasmessa dall’immagine.

La giuria sarà composta da:

• Marco Troiani, fotografo professionista, titolare dell’agenzia Time Foto, e fotografo ufficiale di eventi motorsport come Rally Due Valli, Rally 1000 Miglia e 24 Ore di Le Mans;

• Davide Veronesi, figlio di Luciano Veronesi e fotografo amatoriale;

• Alessandro Carrarini, fotografo amatoriale.

• Roberto Brunelli, Presidente del Rally Club Valpantena

5. Premi
Saranno selezionate due fotografie vincitrici:

• Premio professionisti: sarà assegnato alla miglior fotografia realizzata con una fotocamera. Il vincitore riceverà una targa ricordo unica realizzata dal Rally Club Valpantena che sarà consegnata durante la cerimonia di premiazione a Bosco Chiesanuova.

• Premio amatori: sarà assegnato alla miglior fotografia realizzata con uno smartphone. Il vincitore riceverà una fotocamera SONY A6600 con obiettivo Sony E-Mount 18-135mm, scheda SD 64GB Angelbird AVPRO SD V30 da 100Mb/S e borsa fotografica Lowepro. Fotocamera usato fotografico garantito by NSHOT Verona, proprio come l’attrezzatura che usava Luciano. Il premio è offerto da Banca Valsabbina.

6. Cerimonia di premiazione
I premi saranno consegnati durante la cerimonia di premiazione, che si terrà a conclusione dell'evento a Bosco Chiesanuova, sabato 15 novembre, in Piazza della Chiesa indicativamente alle ore 17:45. È obbligatoria la presenza per poter ritirare il premio. I vincitori saranno avvisati telefonicamente.

7. Responsabilità e utilizzo delle immagini
Partecipando al concorso, i fotografi accettano che le loro immagini possano essere utilizzate dal Rally Club Valpantena per finalità promozionali legate all’evento, con l'indicazione del nome dell’autore.

The photography contest “Scatti di Passione – Luciano Veronesi Memorial” is organised by Rally Club Valpantena in collaboration with Banca Valsabbina, on the occasion of the 7th Lessinia Rally Historic, taking place on 14–15 November 2025.
The initiative is dedicated to the memory of Luciano Veronesi, a passionate photographer and founding member of Rally Club Valpantena, who passed away in July 2024.
The contest has no commercial or advertising purposes: its aim is to honour Veronesi’s legacy and to promote passion for photography and the rally world.

2. Participants
The contest is open to professional photographers, amateurs, and enthusiasts.
All individuals taking photographs during the event are eligible to participate.

3. Participation Rules
Photographs must be taken during the 7th Lessinia Rally Historic, held on 14 and 15 November 2025.
Images must be submitted via email to info@rallyclubvalpantena.it by 13:30 (CET) on Saturday, 15 November 2025.

Submitted photographs must not contain watermarks.
Each participant may submit a maximum of one photograph.
The email must include the following information (failure to provide all details will result in exclusion):

- Photographer’s full name
- Title of the photograph
- Equipment used (smartphone or camera)
- Phone number
- Email address

4. Selection of Winning Photographs

The jury will evaluate the photographs based on the following criteria:
- Relevance to the theme of the contest
- Technical execution
- Emotional impact conveyed by the image

The jury will consist of:
- Marco Troiani, professional photographer, owner of Time Foto agency, and official photographer for events such as Rally Due Valli, Rally 1000 Miglia, and the 24 Hours of Le Mans;
- Davide Veronesi, amateur photographer and son of Luciano Veronesi;
- Alessandro Carrarini, amateur photographer;
- Roberto Brunelli, President of Rally Club Valpantena.

5. Prizes
Two winning photographs will be selected:

Professional Prize: awarded to the best photograph taken with a camera.
The winner will receive an exclusive commemorative plaque created by Rally Club Valpantena, presented during the official prize-giving ceremony in Bosco Chiesanuova.

Amateur Prize: awarded to the best photograph taken with a smartphone.
The winner will receive a Sony A6600 camera with Sony E-Mount 18–135mm lens, a 64GB Angelbird AVPRO SD V30 (100Mb/s) memory card, and a Lowepro camera bag. The camera is a certified pre-owned model by NSHOT Verona, just like the equipment once used by Luciano.

The prize is offered by Banca Valsabbina.

6. Award Ceremony

Prizes will be presented during the official award ceremony at the conclusion of the event, held in Bosco Chiesanuova, Piazza della Chiesa, on Saturday 15 November, at approximately 17:45.
Attendance is required to collect the prize. Winners will be advised by phone.

7. Responsibility and Use of Images
By entering the contest, participants agree that their photographs may be used by Rally Club Valpantena for promotional purposes related to the event, with due credit to the author.
